Gateway EC14D – a Netbook with Integrated DVD drive

Netbooks, although having many advantages, also have some drawbacks. One of them is the lack of optic drive. Gateway decided to change it and created an 11.6-inch netbook with and integrated DVD drive.
Also, the new EC14D, small in dimensions, has some decent features. Specification includes an Intel Pentium SU4100 1.3 GHz processor, an Intel GS45 Express chipset, an Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics, up to 8 GB of RAM, a hard drive of 320 GB capacity, a webcam, a memory card reader, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, 3 USB ports and a HDMI output. The price of the EC14D with 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium is $630.
