NEC LaVie Light netbook: It’s not a looker, but it’s a worker

NEC has unveiled their entry into the netbook market; the LaVie Light. It is definitely not much to look at, but it does have a fairly standard hardware setup, with the Intel N270 Atom processor (clocking in at 1.6GHz), 1GB or RAM for running programs, 160GB HDD for saving files and an 8.9-inch display.
As with most netbooks, you’ll find WiFi b/g, three USB 2.0 ports available, an SD card slot as well as a 1.3Mp camera. The measurements, given by Akihabara News, are 250x176.5x36.5mm, and the whole system weighs 1.17 kg.
