Yet another addition to the netbook arena comes from the folks at Packard Bell, and they’ve packed quite a bit into it. Inclusive with the unit is the Intel 1.6GHz Atom, 1GB of RAM and an 8.9-inch display with 1024×600 resolution.

Of perhaps more interest is the 160GB hard-drive, which is somewhat larger than we usually see with a netbook. The built-in webcam, 3 USB ports, one VGA, 6-cell battery and both microphone and headphone ports, topped off with a 5-in-1 multi-card reader, all add up to a fairly all-inclusive netbook. The whole unit bears a striking resemblance to the Acer Aspire One, which is not really a surprise given that 75-percent of Packard Bell is actually owned by Acer.

Set to become available in Europe sometime in November, you should find the dot priced at around €399 ($584), coming loaded with Windows XP Home edition. Although there is talk of a 3G module becoming available, there is currently no pricing information available for speculation.
