Most of netbooks available on the market come with a 10.1-inch screen. Sagem offers their new device to those of you who think 10 inch is still too much.

The new netbook called Spiga has a screen of only 4.8 inches with a resolution of 1024×600 and comes with a 1.1GHz Intel Atom processor, a webcam and a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G wireless connectivity. The netbook will cost $499 – that may be much but it seems a fair price for one of the smallest netbooks on the market. Surely there will be customers who will see this device’s pocket size as a basic advantage.
