The folks at Uni-V have brought fourth a full line of 7-inch netbooks from their manufacturing facilities in China, and although the stats aren’t that impressive, it might be worth a look for someone looking for a budget netbook.

Under the hood you’ll find a 450MHz processor, 128MB of RAM and 512MB of flash memory, all running with Windows CE (or a basic version of Linux, should you so prefer), and has 802.11b/g WiFi as well as a couple of USB ports for your accessories. The beautifully designed lids might help to offset the less-than-stellar hardware, making this a low-cost, stylish option for those looking for something other than an Atom-based netbook.
